We only accept 1 - 2 new customers per week, as we personally onboard each individual.

Below you'll see some of the highlights for what's to come if you decide to join!
Step 1: Kickoff Call
We'll hop on a brief call to make sure any questions are answered. Do you have any dietary constraints? Do you track your macros, if so we need to make sure and account for that as well.
After our initial call, we'll get you started for the next ordering cycle!
Step 2: Order Online
Once you become a member, you'll receive a text with our online ordering link. Online ordering closes Wednesdays at 3pm for the upcoming week.
Cost: Each meal is $16.

Step 3: Delivery
Delivery: We currently offer home delivery on Saturdays or Sundays in the St. Louis metro area. It's a flat fee of $10, with a minimum order of $74. Meals will be delivered to your doorstep in an insulated cooler.
Pickup: We offer complimentary pick-up at EmpowerMe Wellness on Monday.
